The app is rated 17+ and is not intended for users under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). Some scenarios and user-generated content may contain mature themes.

User-generated content

Features such as Real Text allow users to paste or type their own messages. Users are responsible for the content they submit and for how they use AI-generated replies in real conversations.

Device & data safety

Keep your device and app up to date. Use a strong, unique password for your account. Do not share sensitive personal information such as passwords or payment details inside the app.

Gab AI is a digital software service. It does not require CE, UKCA, or other physical product-safety markings. If any compliance markings become applicable in the future, this page will be updated and the markings will be displayed here.
