• Practice content: conversations, scenarios, responses, and AI-generated feedback you create in the app.

• Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Generate AI feedback, scoring, and personalized practice.

3. AI processing

When you practice a conversation, your messages are sent to third-party large language model providers to generate responses, scores, and coaching. These providers process content under their own privacy and data-retention policies and do not use your content to train their models when used through our enterprise gateways.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, authentication, AI inference, payments, analytics, email delivery), or when required by law.

We retain your account and practice data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, after which we remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
