Welcome to Gab AI. By creating an account or using our website, mobile app, or related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• Prices and features may change with prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Generate content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, or that promotes violence.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract underlying models or prompts.
• Resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Bypass usage limits or security features.

5. AI content

The Service uses AI to generate feedback, simulated conversations, and coaching. Output may be inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. Do not rely on it as professional advice(legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic). You are responsible for how you use AI output.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Gab AI and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gab AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
